On Friday 3rd June we hosted a Platinum Jubilee Celebration to mark the historic Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. We had a cold buffet from Farmhouse Kitchen, a magician and a British quiz. Our guests told us this helped bring our community together, they felt proud, patriotic and involved with the community. We asked guests how the event made them feel.. “It made me feel happy and part of a community”, “Happy and proud” and “Was happy to be involved.” were just some of the responses.
