Memories DVD

Working with North Sefton Social Inclusion Project, Southport College and The Southport Partnership, Brighter Living Partnership have produced a talking heads style video interviewing local people about their memories of the second world war. The video features movie clips provided by the North West Film Archive and memorabilia from those interviewed including naval diaries, ship boarding cards and photos from the time. The video has been produced to keep the memories of local people alive and to educate others on what life was like in this challenging period.

The DVD is available for community groups, schools and other organisations to purchase for £1 to cover costs of production. Please email ian.mitchell@seftoncvs.org.uk if you would like to order a copy.
